Covid-19 Policy

Please Notify Us ASAP and We Will Reschedule Your Appointment Without Penalty If:

  • You are diagnosed or suspect you may have COVID-19.

  • You have a temperature above 100 or are exhibiting ANY symptoms such as: cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

  • You have been in contact with someone who tested positive or suspect you may have COVID-19.

  • You have been in contact with someone displaying ANY of the above symptoms.

  • You recently traveled outside of Oklahoma to a "hot spot."

Before the Appointment:

  • Please use the restroom before you leave home and refrain from using the office restroom.

  • Bring a face mask to wear into our office.

  • Only the client is allowed in the office. No friends, partners or children/babies can attend appointments.

  • Limit personal belongings to just your wallet, phone and keys.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork/intake protocol. We do not have the luxury of running late as we need sufficient time to sanitize between each client. Being late could result in the need to reschedule.

When You Arrive:

  • Please come up to the door and Cheryl will be out with intake forms and a sanitized clipboard and pen. You may take it to your car to complete the paperwork.

  • When the treatment room is thoroughly sanitized, we will call you to come in and take your temperature.

  • You must wear a mask in our office; we will change it out with a disposable one in the treatment room.

  • If you have a temperature above 100 or are exhibiting ANY symptoms such as: cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, we will reschedule your appointment.

  • You will not be charged a cancellation fee for rescheduling your appointment due to sickness, exposure to COVID or lack of childcare.

After Your Appointment:

  • For the safety of all clients and employees, it is critical to inform Marion Kay Institute of Permanent Makeup if you’re exhibiting ANY signs of COVID-19 after the procedure.

What You Can Expect From Us:

  • Staff temperatures will be taken daily. No one is allowed to work if they aren’t feeling well.

  • The treatment room and reception area will be thoroughly sanitized before and after your arrival.

  • Marion and Rima will wear KN95 masks, gloves and disposable aprons/gowns while working on you.

  • An air purifier tested to kill viruses will be running constantly.
